INDIVIDUALS

Our work together begins with co-creating a safe, attuned space where you can feel supported, respected, and able to explore at your own pace. With nearly two decades of clinical experience, I bring both professional expertise and deep care to our sessions. My role is to meet you where you are, listen with curiosity, and help you connect with what is moving inside. We will only go as far as you feel ready—your pace and readiness guide the process.

Together, we will explore both the conscious and unconscious patterns that shape your present experience. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other trauma-informed approaches, we will uncover how early adversity has shaped your life while also highlighting your resilience and capacity for growth. By tapping into your inner resources and strengths, we can gently examine the beliefs and protective strategies that may be holding you back. This process creates the possibility for new choices, greater self-understanding, and a path toward authentic freedom and healing.

COUPLES & FAMILIES

Our closest relationships have the power to deeply shape our wellbeing. Every couple and family system is unique, and while challenges are inevitable, the way we navigate them can either create distance or strengthen connection.

In our work together, I provide a safe, objective space where each person feels heard and understood. We will explore the patterns and dynamics at play between you and your loved ones, including issues such as conflict, breaches of trust, or betrayal. My approach is empathic, trauma-informed, and designed to support honest dialogue without taking sides.

I have a particular focus on partner betrayal trauma, guiding couples through a structured process that addresses hurt, rebuilds safety, and, where chosen, creates the foundation for deeper intimacy. With families, the focus is on improving communication, problem-solving, and working together to heal past wounds.

The goal of this work is to nurture healthier, more connected relationships that support the wellbeing of everyone involved.
